carb help

ok i juts got a rochester quadra jet from a 1980 chevy 2500 van should i rebuild it or not #2 in the lmc catolog the only 4bbl rebuild kit is for a 4g is that the same any help please

get the numbers off of the carb and take it to autozone - napa - or wherever and they should have a rebuild kit for it.

And yes, I would rebuild it.

i would definately rebuild!! with a used carb like that you never know how good it is. like when i got that carter out of the local junk yard off an 80 1 ton.
