69 drop spindles on a 71
I bought some 2 inch drop spindles for my 69 and now would like to put them on my 71 instead. Are all the ball joints and tie rods the same and what do I need to change to make it work? I don't want to buy spindles again.

Are these a 5 lug conversion spindle? Because Im not aware of a drop for drum brakes. If so you should be able to use them on your 71

Yes they are for a disc brake conversion. I was told that the ball joints may not interchange with the older models and may not work. I was wondering if someone might know for sure before I do alot of work for nothing.
