Door pillar issue. :(
Ok, so i tacked in my floor a bit and i ran into a problem, and im fuggin STUMPED. Here are some pics, the first pic is how it fits on the back side. The rocker. ITs flush and tight. Now, over the front side, theres this huge gap. What the heck do i do there??? I doubt the cab pillar moved forward. I measured door gaps and they are the same.... Is it that the rocker panel just doesnt fit well??
HEres the pics. See, it fits flush in the rear like its supposed to.  Here its not at all. Theres that gap at the top of the rocker. When i put the cab support on below it, its sill .5 inch away... any suggestions? Need more pics??

I've heard stories of repop rockers fitting poorly and needing two to make one well fitting rocker.I really doubt the cab moved on you,they are very stable.Have you tried bolting up the door just to check for sure?

Are your body mounts shot? and is the radiator and fender on? all can move the pillar around.
that is a nasty rocker otherwise..

Looks like the standard rocker replacement these days! If the red line areas aor lined up then you need to slice along the yellow lined area to make it fit or buy a second rocker and section it. I think you will be fine with the slice method but you might want to hang the door to double check the fit bafor melting it all into place.

Mine was that far off as well. I center sectioned it and added metal in the middle. I felt that the least intrusive because I have a billet cover for the top section and the standard stainless rubber trim holder. I'd verify it all with a door hanging also.

mine was like in the post above with the red and yellow lines. I had to slice where the yellow lines were, and then fill in with weld. Good luck!
