WTB/WTT 67-68 Chevy rear end (narrow) Ohio.
I'm looking for the narrower 67-68 GM truck rear end. If interested, I have either a regular GM 10 bolt or a Ford 9" rear to trade, or I will purchase. GM rear is out of a 77 2WD C10 and is complete drum-to-drum, Ford 9" is believed to be out of a mid 70's Lincoln (5 on 5, disc brakes, correct width for most GM FS trucks), and does not include brake hardware.

Were the Suburban rear ends narrower too? If so it might work. I'm looking for something narrower than 58" from flange to flange.

What are the ratios in the rears you have. What do you mean by "brake hardware"?Are the brakes there except for bolts, etc?I have a`68 3.73 pickup rear.

Info on the Ford 9":
http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...d.php?t=224268 The Chevy rear end looks to be something close to 3.00 to 1 when you roll it around, but I don't know the exact ratio. You can see it here: http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...d.php?t=224264
