Better change that soggy diaper before it starts to smell like one too!

I think they got nixed, minimum production run numbers kept going up, but you can PM tri-pro to get the correct scoop...

Re: Paper glovebox pics

Good place to check when buying an older truck. Even in the summer time water damage show's up here even if the liner is dry. Could be a cowl leak!!!

Re: Paper glovebox pics

cowl leak has been my observation on every single truck I have owned... and all had soggy (or missing) glove box liners. I made one out of metal on the longhorn, and it is neater than 2 chicks kissing!

Wow you made my day!!! I have never had a cowl leak, never. I replace my glove box liner in every truck/car and get an original owners manual to place in them mainly because of cosmetics and because the PO's hammering the crap out of them trying to put all their luggage in there. I always look for it being wet or water stained. I guess this has paid off for me. I thought everbody did this when buying a truck????

Re: Paper glovebox pics

It may not be a cream puff but it is a REALLY good start!!!!!!!!

Get anything started on that yet or just driving it?

I've never had a glove box on any of the trucks i've had except for the 70 i'm currently working on. At the same time though I haven't ever had any cowl leaks either. Probably because i've never had a truck from back east.

MY 70- west Texas originally

71-Eastern Colorado
72-Denver

Re: Paper glovebox pics

my 70 C/20 longhorn was a kansas truck up till it's last 2 years of it's life... in texas
my 69 GMC 1500 was also a Kansas truck, with about 10 in texas
The C/30 Longhorn was in Maryland till the last 6 or 7, PA and then here
The C/20 burb was soaking in Seattle till now.
I've just been driving it mostly. I'm trying to get a chance to get the longhorn straightened out so i can part the burb and get it out of the salt water, but so far no luck.
