2 Barrel struggles resolved.

Saturday I took the 67 for a maiden voyage. It was just a stumbling undriveable ride. Left us stranded right out front of the nice restraunt. Sorry if you were behind me. Yesterday, I found a rebuild kit for the late 70's Rochester carb and went at it. I found the float needle stuck and the accelerator pump seal turned over backwards. I cleaned it up right nice and put it back together. Now it might stand a screaming chance against the I-6 now but is very drivable anyhow for a 76 corvette motor with a I don't know why it's there two barrel Rochester........

Refreshing to see a simple little 2 bbl carb with all the complicated computer controlled crap on vehicles these days. My first truck, a 1957 Cornbinder with 1 bbl was amazingly simple and ran great. Guess I'm showing my age huh?

Carbs are cool. No scanners needed.
