3/4T vs 1/2T steering

I started working on putting my steering together on the 68. I pulled the stuff off of my 3/4t parts truck and then did a little searching on the internet.

1st, the out tie rod ends are different. The 3/4 ton are bigger.

2nd, the adjusting sleeve should be the same

the inner tie rods are different.

I'm planning on replacing the inner and outer tie rod ends. I'll be using the 3/4t cross shaft (not sure if that's the correct name). So should I use the 3/4t inner tie rods, or will 1/2 ton fit? Since the adjusting sleeve is the same, I should be able to use 1/2 ton outers and 3/4 ton inners without a problem.
