productive day(sorta)

today, after a month, i finally got out to my uncles place to see his '69 GMC he bought nov. 10. it was restored and then drove 20 miles to the mans mothers house and has sat for the last 30 years. So it has restoration from the last 30 years ago on it. Bias ply tires with the nipples still on them. its pretty cool.

After that we went to KMS Tools (local tool store) and they now have a whole automotive restoration store. you can buy everything for everything from wheels to motor to shocks to whole restored cars. They also sell all airbags and power window kits for everything. they even have stuff from companies that went out of business for example there is a whole pallet of shock absorbers shrink wrapped sitting there and the back half of a 93 mustang from the back seat to back bumper.they had a 67 GMC suburban outside that was bagged and they have 2 cabs for sale and a cab and frame for sale too.

its pretty cool what you can find when u really look.
