That guy is really good!
If I had what he started with;
I'd still be driving it and not working on it at all!

Re: Very Cool Build on the tractor forum

Thats KILLERS truck. It is a very nice ride but is now gone .. asa ya beat me to it. Is it me or is the indivudal(sp)who posted that sayin more or less that its his truck and when did killer get those wheels? Seems to me that if that was my truck I would have posted everywhere that I could that my beautiful ride had been stolen......but thats just me!

Re: Very Cool Build on the tractor forum

Yes, I was just about to post that. Isn't it odd that the build is posted as though it just happened, no mention of it being stolen? Or is it just me?

Re: Very Cool Build on the tractor forum

Isn't this the truck that was stolen awhile back that is on the board? Here is the link to it. Very sad that this kind of stuff happens. That's a chance we all take with posting on the net. Some a$$hole see's it and say's hey there's a nice ride. A few weeks later it's gone!

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Very Cool Build on the tractor forum

As quoted from the other forum.

i started on this truck back in june 2007 and finished it in oct 2007....so its already complted, thats why om been inactive on here for awhile....

The thread also stated that he built it as a hobby and also does it for his customers. Didn't Killer have 68 shortstep do most of the engine work? Surely someone didn't steal the truck and the pics and is so stupid as to post them for the world to see. It seems like Killer had a John Deere and it's possible he's the member of this other forum, but why hasn't he mentioned that it was stolen?
