Rear Disc Brake Kit deal....

Just bought this kit off of ebay tonight. I think I got a heck of a deal in it.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=110209553500

Anyone have any experience with the SSBC kits?

I think it is going to take a little bit of modification as the 88 to 99 truck has a little bit bigger bolt pattern on the outer axle flange to the best of my knowledge.

Either way for the money, I can modify it a little.

Re: Rear Disc Brake Kit deal....

I did an SSBC front kit and it looks and works great on my C-10.

My Boss did one on his '55 and we did not have any trouble with the rear at all.

Re: Rear Disc Brake Kit deal....

Just change the master to the proper Disc/Disc one from a newer truck, and you'll be fine.....I am sure they make aftermarket ones if a OE one can't be found
