When I removed the original motor the line was froze and twisted until it broke.Is there a way to put a new fitting on the end.

The oil line should have a compression style fitting on both ends, so it should only be a mater of removing the damaged section then replacing the fitting. If the line has a long length (greater than 2-3 inches) damaged or is rusty/kinked/fubared any where else you should just run a new line.

Any competent local parts house or hardware store (I use Orchard Supply Hardware for this type of fitting) should be able to match up a replacement. Just being the old fitting or samle of the line with you.
