Simple solution-GO STEAL all his halloween decorations(hey atleast hes in the evil halloween day)send all those decorations to the guy looking to do pranks on guys car at school he can fill the inside with those demonic creatures and write hail satan on his windows!

Down here in AZ people put those plastic stupid donkeys pulling the cart,or the sleeping mexican with sombrero,my brother and i take them from peoples yards in the nice neighborhoods and put them in yards across street so neighbor thinks other neighbor stoled them FUED!!!!! or use them in desert as target practice the really blow apart with the shotgun.

Here's some ideas:

Go to Kinkos and have a bunch of cheap-a$$ fliers made up that advertises free candy on Halloween at their address, and post them all over Dallas. Use the pictures you already have. Give directions to his house. Then, park your cars a few blocks away, and enjoy the show.

"Bring the kids! Free candy! Look for the 'haunted house'!". He'll spend all evening telling people to get lost. Do that every halloween until he gets the hint and stops putting decorations up. Someone I knew did that to a neighbor who did ugly Christmas decorations and ruined the neighborhood every Christmas. Worked like a charm. After 2 years of his lawn getting trampled by random people showing up he quit decorating so much. He got the hint.

As for the dogs put some laxitive in some pieces of meat from the butcher and feed it to their dogs. Since they're pinned up it would be funny to watch their dogs crap all over his lawn all the time. They'd be having uncontrolable bowel movements all over his back porch. It may not shut them up (in fact they may howl and make a bunch of noise), but it would be funny as hell.

I Think It looks cool. I love halloween. and I love decorations. It could be worse he could be the weird religious zealot that preaches to you about how wrong halloween is. You go neighbor!!
