still ahve not started my truck lol

i replaced the carb with rebuilt one the hei is working but the starter is dragging causing the battery to die and it wont crank over fast enough but i thing my carb should just be throw out of a (moving vehicle) cause no fuel is coming out lol hopefully this weekend ill get it running scare the neighbors maybe lol

You need some rotational speed for the old fuel pump to prime.
If you pull the starter and run it off the car, it should spin enthusiastically, if not, you need another one. If you're clever you can jumper the big wire gong into the starter motor(not solenoid), and check it on the car.

its too damn low to reach the starter i cant move it untill its started its in my muddy yard lol
