back-up light for 63 c-10 3-speed on column
i was just wondering why some 63 chevy trucks have a back -up lamp in the back and some dont?

Back-up lights were optional until 1969 when they became a DOT requirement.

i have heard that they were options till 1966 when they were mandatory cuz every 66 i have seen thats not restored has em

yes its true. 66 was the first year it was mandatory, i got them but i think i may use them as turn signals instead of backup lights, havnt decided

mine its a 66 c-20 and come with backup lights from factory
