Info on my 72 4X4
I recently purchased a 72 chevy 4X4, it originally came with an aux battery and a thottle control mounted on the dash. Somewhere in its history the aux battery box and all wiring was removed and the knob on the thottle control was lost. I've seen the cable in parts books but nothing on the knob or the aux battery install. Anybody have any info on these items?

Re: Info on my 72 4X4
Welcome to the 67-72 Chevy Truck Board from West Michigan!
The wiper knob can be used on the throttle cable. The Assembly Manual has all the wiring/installation information in it for the dual battery setup. If you don't have an Assembly Manual you may want to consider getting one as they have a lot of information in them. Jim

Re: Info on my 72 4X4
I just bought the correct new deluxe throttle knob from Classic Parts (Chevy Duty) it was $7.95.
I am sure other vendors carry them also. Jeff
