6 Lug rear disc upgrades

What is available for me to use. What are some economical upgrade kits? Or what are people fabricating for themselves? I see a lot of 5 lug stuff for the Do-it yourself option.

Thanks

Re: 6 Lug rear disc upgrades

What calipers and rotors do you use with them.

Off of? Would a 95 Suburban rotor and caliper work with your brackets?

Re: 6 Lug rear disc upgrades

Yeah, a few actually. We have decided that opening the rotor via CNC has a very big disadvantage. If the owner ever wants to swap to a drilled rotor, cracks a rotor, has a severe problem, he or she cannot get an off the shelf rotor to fit. However, if the owner will simply have the axles turned at a local shop, usual cost is around 25-40, really varies, that you can swap rotors forever and god forbid you have problem while on the road you can use an off the shelf part and maintain the brakes at home without ever calling us again. This will also lower the overall kit costs!
