cab mounts

Anyone mod their cab mounts to achieve an extra inch or so drop? What I mean is, the rubber mounts seem to be quite thick and there also looks to be 1.5 inches between frame rails and floor. Could I use some thinner urethane bushings?

Just a thought.

I dropped the body 1 1/2" on the longhorn, by moving the mounts down on the frame. You may get by with a little drop using urathane, but I had to open the floor up for clearance,& also notch the back of the cab & rear support brace(the rubber mounts flex a bit). the front frame horns were also cut off &dropped, & the mount lips on the box were cut off and moved up........quite a little project, but with 3/5 on the suspension & 1 1/2 on the body i have the stance I wanted without pcs scraping on the pavement. crazy longhorn
