Good morning

I woke up this morning and thanked the Lord for letting me wake up today,as we all know,he does not have to do this.I watched the sun rise, made a big pot of coffee, and read the paper in total silence. I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Sunday!

Re: Good morning

I guess since I am getting older I think about it more often, but I am glad and thankfull I wake up in the morning, of course it takes some coffee for me to function.

Today looks to be a nice day in Southeast Missouri with a lot of sunshine and brisk temps, highs in upper 20's.

Probably won't do any truck work, but a good day to visit or plan stuff to do on the truck.

Hope you all have a safe and good day.

Re: Good morning

If you have ever had a stroke, however minor it may have been (like me) you KNOW that every day that you can get up and move around without a third "leg", is a good day. God is good!!

Re: Good morning

Some of us need to sit back, quit b!tchin about stuff, and realize how right you are.
So I am sitting back now, and realizing that you are in fact right.

Re: Good morning

I'm with Chevloray full throttle. Been the stroke route, now spine, but thankful for the "Can dos" instead of "usta dos". Lifes too short, and too many good things to smile about to sweat the small stuff.
Everyday is a good one.
Quality of life is attitude.

Any day I wake up on the green side of the grass is a good day! Everything else is just gravy.
