Best place to buy sheetmetal
I looked around get some prices for floor pans and cab corners for the 67 and when I try to order online, I get these outrageous shipping charges. Oversize for shipping a patch panel floor pan? I was quoted anywhere from $40-50 by more than one company!!!!!!!!!
Anyone know where I can get something with resonable shipping? Thanks! Mike

Re: Best place to buy sheetmetal
Shipping is a bear with these big items. I normally wait for a show and pick up the big pieces from one of our board vendors at a show them haul them back home. Steel and transportation have gone a bit physco of late on pricing.

Re: Best place to buy sheetmetal
you are correct, I could understand if it was a door or sidebed but one small floorpan patch and a cab corner? Man, its getting expensive.
