Cheap 20's? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Curious what you guys have found for cheap large diameter wheels. Surfing eBay last night I ran accross some factory 20x8 steel wheels that come with the late model Dodge Trucks. Looks like most of them are full size spares but there are several people selling full sets of them for average $45-60 per wheel. Obviousley the bolt pattern is different, they are 5 on 5.5" just like a big Ford but there are ways to deal with that. Where else can you find cheap big wheels?

In my case, I'll be running 9" Ford axles in the rear of my tandem project anyway so I could simply redrill my front rotors and use the dodge wheels. If your looking for the black steel wheel thing anyway, this might be an option depending on your set-up.

Coys, or Eagle Alloy or some of the most economical out there if you want aluminium.

I have some centerline wheels and are very pleased with them Here are mine

although I my use the 20's on the front and pick up some 22's for the rear and sell my 18"

Thanks for the replies but these are nice alloy wheels where it's difficult to find wheels less than $200 each. I'm looking for CHEAP ideas, less than the typical $200-300 per wheel that I can find in any catalog.

I have those in 18 on my S-10. I love them. I have hit some major potholes with them and no bends so far. (knock on wood)

The Centerline wheels in 20" polished are only 169 a piece. You arent going to find any cheaper than that for a alloy wheel. I am going to get a set for the 65 when tax returns come in.

Those wheels are hard to pass on for a price like that.... and they look pretty cool to boot!

I am very pleased with my wheels. USA made and at a reasonable cost. I did hve to turn down my rotors and do a rear 1.5" adaptor to correct the rear back spacing.

Do you have a 8" wide rear wheel? What rear axle do you have under your truck? I will be running a 87 2wd. I heard it is 1.5" wider than my stock 65 rear. Just wonderin what yours is to see what I possible may need to do.

I'm not sure but I have stock 72 rear axles with a 20x8.5 (5.4) bs no tires yet but maybe a 275/45/20 or 285/50/20 for the rear 18x8 on front w/5.0 bs
