U-Bolts
I called my local spring shop today and was quoted $14 each for 11.5" Ubolts for my truck. also called stockcar parts they want $21.50 each.

Sounds about right to me. I had our local big rig shop make me 4 ubolts for a block kit on a lifted Ranger and it was 40.00 for 4 custom bent/made up. Most of the universal store bought u-bolts that come with block kits are the ones that are gold colored and tend to get cross threaded or galled up easily.

just got heavy duty 10" u-bolts (3/4" cross section) fabbed up at a big rig repair shop here locally.
for bolts, nuts, and washers I paid $28.00. pretty good imho.....
