hey
hows it going i'm new to the forum and i though i would post some pics of my 68 c10 I just bought it off my brother when he had kids last spring and i didnt get to drive it all summer because of the army and i'm getting ready to blow all my bonus money on a blower, locker, and some tires

Welcome from the Northwest. I love the script valve covers! I would drive it for a while before making any huge changes. It's your truck though and those sound like nice upgrades.

It's not as nice as it looks but thanks it's got it's share of dents and it's a single stage paint job that will be going soon... I hope. The motor is a GM 350 290hp crate motor that me and my brother droped in last winter because the 283 it had was a bad oil leaker and when we pulled it to rebulid it we found out it had been .60 overboard and had a cracked head this was before I bought it and about a month after my brother bought it for $5500 so he got the ****y part of the deal I got the good deal for $4500 with a new motor and tranny. My national gaurd unit is getting deployed to afganistan in november so I got all summer to play with it and then a year to save up money for it
