starting to look like a truck again!

I found a tool at ace hardware that might help you, It is a paint/rust stripper that fits right onto your drill.
when you look at it it kind of looks like a round sand paper sponge
I just used it yesterday for the first time, and itbeats the heck out of using paint stripper, or grinding the edges clean.

Looking good so far! Did you bend the new floor pan to meet up with the fire wall? Can we get a picture of the front of the cab where new meets old? Thanks!

ryan I didn't bend it. this truck is going to be a daily driver. I know most guys would have bent it to keep stock look, but I have limited means to do my truck. I cut the panel and welded to seam at firewall. hope no one hates me for that lol.

Here in east texas it gets so humid during the summer i can seriously walk outside and within a minute or two not even doing anything and i start sweating big time. Great for rust.
