Turbo 400 Torque converter removal?

I am getting ready to remove my torque converter from my turbo 400 trans flexplate. The bolts are 11/16 it appears but feels real loose, how do you guys remove the bolts? There ain't much room for wrenches, sockets! Thanks for any help.
