Definitely show trucks, I'd be scared to death to drive any of them.

Re: Sacramento Autorama Trucks
Are those what you call Trailer Queens? Those are fine looking trucks. I would be afraid to take those on a cruise.

I like the red 66. Luckin fou while you were at the show did you get to see a wild black and silver turbo 66' mustang and a convertable 65' 409 turbo impala, we did all the custom machining on those cars.Looked like a good show.

Re: Sacramento Autorama Trucks
I see that Impala has BC plates, that is one beautiful car. Infanti, any idea if we will see that one at Puyallup or Langley this year? I would love to have a closer look.

Re: Sacramento Autorama Trucks
Some may be trailer queens, but that yellow 58 is no trailer queen. That truck was across the row from my truck at the January Rod, Custom, and motorcycle show in San Francisco, and he drives that truck. Nice guy and loves trucks!!

Re: Sacramento Autorama Trucks
Those trucks are breath taking. I would love to have enough time to make a trailer queen.

Re: Sacramento Autorama Trucks
greasy68, just take it one day at a time, or one small project at a time. It took me 8 years of doing it myself to rebuild by truck.
And for the most part, trailer queens are not built by their owners.... They pay a lot of money to have someone else build it..... Last edited by John Fabris; 02-17-2008 at 12:35 AM. |

Re: Sacramento Autorama Trucks
Right Next to that $500,000 mustang was a highly modified 67 chevy truck. It was wild looking and most of you guys probably wouldnt like what he did to it. But the workmanship was excellent.
I will see if I can post a pic of it.
