i might get some sh!$ from some of you guys for doing it but i have to say the finsh on the wheels came out great. i have been sitting on these 18/20"S for about a year and i just got around to powder coating them .feel free to drop your 2cents on me.just so you know i am putting them on my 71 short bed fleetside that i just found out in the sticks. more pictures to follow of both, stay tuned. I'd need to see them on the truck, but I think they look pretty nice.

I gotta say, though - I think it would have looked 1,000x better if you'd have left the lip chromed (all the way to the dish). Just my 2¢

Dare to be different! I think they're killer! Now to really set em off a pinstripe or two would really make em pop.

Hey, they are one of a kind, you made them, that makes em pretty sweet if you ask me. I builders didn't step out side the box and try new things we would all be driving the same thing.

I like Bling, and those certaintly have some Bling, but I also like to be different and unique. Props to you for having the melons to add the satin finish.

I agree with Shifty..... and my intentions are to do the very same to my wheels. I want to paint the center and leave the lip polished...

Change is good!! Mine have a litttle paint on em. Right out of the box is not very creative. It dosen't matter what others think your the artest on this one. Oh, it looks like I need to do a little repaint.

I love it, looks awesome. I disagree about leaving the lip polished. Rappers have black wheels with polished lips, and I'm not a rapper (just kidding guys).

When I saw this post I was expecting it to be about using scotchbrite and wd-40 to take polished aluminum to brushed or satin appearance. i just did that to my thermostat housing last week.

i painted the centerline logo red and i have brand new bullet lugs for the final set.i also think that a nice red pinstripe will set it off along the lip of the rim.as for Nor-Cal a gettogether,lets do it. i volenteer to host the first one at my place . i have plenty of space to park all our rides and plenty of projects to look at.everyone is invited.oh yea and a huge BBQ

i like the satin finish as well. agree with others also about the chrome lip- fwiw tho, its your truck. as long as you like it, who cares what everyone else thinks.

i plan on picking up some tires this Friday for them ,i will post more pictures this weekend w/ tires.stay tuned .... the only problem i have is i am not sure what i want to put them on.i have seen them on blazers and on trucks ,i am kind of leaning toward this truck i just picked up. i plan on going with the Kustom shop , suade paint not to sure on the color yet but it will have to go with the wheels.Tony

I love those wheels but I'm not into the whole bling thing. Love the way they came out. I was hoping that centerline would offer a different finish.
