Unhappy Broke my rams horn manifold... and ?

Took the engine out of my 69 chevy (350) and somehow in the process broke my drivers side rams horn manifold. Couldn't believe how hard they are to find in this area. Used ones are too expensive on ebay and new ones are just as high. Before I go the header route I'd like to stay with cast iron for now.

I bought a new one many years ago and I think it set me back $30. Now they're up at around $100.

My question is, what other exhaust manifolds can I use on my truck that will work? Thnx.

$100 each? You gotta be s*#tin' me! I paid $25 for mine last summer and they came with the complete exhaust system still attached. I see them all the time up here on CL for between $30-$80 a pair. Another alternative are the hybrid manifold / headers @ Speedway Motors. They come in both cast iron and polished or satin stainless steel. Prices are ~$300 to ~500 a pair, but I think they look awesome!

Re: Broke my rams horn manifold... and ?

This place is awesome for getting help. I had done a search a couple of days ago on ebay and found a used one the guy wanted about $100 for it. Did a search on parts vendors and new ones there were pretty steep. Spent the day at the junyards today and nothing.

Put this up on the forum and BAM! I found it... Thanks all for responses...
