Pics of my baby 86 GMC s/b fleet side.
Here are some pics of my 86 fleetside. I have been working on her for about two years now, just finished up the 96 LT1 install with 700R4 tranny. Posi rear-end with 3.42 gears. Now I need to work on the interior and get some 22s out back and 20s up front. Also full air ride system with strong upper/lower control arms. Anyone have any ideas on what would be the fatest set of tires I could use in the back or truck? I have 17x11s in the rear with 315-35-17s.

I have to say i think you are the first guy i'v seen install a Chevy grill on a GMC usually it's the other way around. I have to ask why did you relocate the battery to the left side? And i think your next project should be to get the a/c system hooked up summer's a'comin'. Can't help ya with the tire sizes sorry. |

 Wow! That is nice. As far as fat tires on the back, a 315 is purdy big! I would think anything bigger would involve wheel tub modification. Personally I think it looks killer just the way it is.
