bowtiegreg
Hello all, name is greg and recently purchased a 72 c10. Just needed something for transportation to new job but have a little experience. Last truck was a 71 swb that I put a new motor and tranny in, rewired, replaced rims and tires, repainted most of truck (interior, engine compartment, frame and bed). Was allmost done painting entire truck when had wreck. All but killed me and definately killed my toy. Now I just want to rely on this one for commuting to work and am having trouble shifting. Looking thru manual I am definately missing a gage pin but think I would be better off redoing as much of the assembly as possible now where do I get the stuff and how do I go about it? Column also needs bearings replaced I'm guessing since the steering wheel can be pulled towards driver some. Any help would be much appreciated.
