Got my rims in

and the first one I opened had a nice gouge in it......I called last night and they're gonna ship me another but, it's estimated I wont get it for a month...

It gets better...I ebay'd and have gotten some newer center caps and even the converted SAE lugnuts. Like an idiot though, I did not consult the board first to make sure it would work. The rims are too deep for them and here I was all excited thinking of how cool that was gonna look...

Re: Got my rims in

On your center caps look & see if they would fit by trimming the sides a lil bit

I was gonna put a set of stock caps on my moms truck & the didn't go down far enough for the plastic lugnuts to catch, so I was just gonna trim the sides & make them shorter

May work for you, may not

No it wouldn't work in this case but, good idea...It's not so bad, maybe they're part of my "I'll use em one day" collection. In the mean time, I just need to convince the woman it's not so bad get some proper caps and lug nuts.
