Re: Craigslist longhorn dually

that is the same one that is on my longhorn site.
An old man did the converson in the early 90's, then sold it in 99... which is when I saw it on line for sale... then it was sold again a few years ago, and was gonna go back to the old man. I was worked hard durring that 99 - 05 (or so) ownership.
Factory conversion...
Anyone wanna ask him for a photo of the spid... or VIN? And see what the tailgate looks like? The last time (that I know of) when it was sold it had 2 gates... one of those 5th wheel louver gates with the dip in the middle, and a stock gate that was beaten hard, with custom script/airbrushing on it.

Re: Craigslist longhorn dually

I stand corrected... not a STOCK gate... but a flat repro crappy gate.
And now I can't find photos of the louvored slat gate... I may be confusing it with another as far as the extra gate.

Re: Craigslist longhorn dually

It'd be a shame if it goes into the wrong hands, that thing is cool.
