steering box

will a 73 -87 power steering box bolt directly on my 72 frame thats power steering and use the same steering shafts

yes it will bolt up, but...after 76 IIRC the lines were changed to a metric(?) and that would take some fanagalin' to get working, but it can be done.

Ideally, you should look for a 76 box because that will give you variable ratio, and true bolt in conversion, even using your old lines.
