Throttle body from 4.3-350..can I use it?

I have a throttle body unit from my 88 Astro and was wondering if it could be used on a 350 if the the computer is changed. All I have is the unit itself and it does have brand new injectors. I'm certain I'd gert neough flow out of it but I'm just wondering what's needed. But I could be wrong and way off.

I think the computer also monitors engine/water temp, airflow (MAF), ignition timing plus exhaust combustion to determine how much fuel to inject into the engine. A lot of variables are computed for correct air/fule mixture.

I'm not an expert on modern engines, but it seems that you would have to install all of the additional components (sensors).

As far as I know the throttle bodies are the same, (4.3, 305, 350), but the injectors are different.
