An Amazing Deal
I have been racking my brain to try and get some money together but i cant.
there is a guy here in town that has a 69 C10, 2wd, half ton. Brand new front clip(grill bumper, all lights), interior is in pretty good condition. no major rust. said it runs, didnt start up cause the battery was dead(but we all know how finicky our trucks can be). its a decent 350, with an edelbrock carb. then he takes me into the garage. he has a brand new still with tags GM 350(are all of them made in mexico?), with an edelbrock intake mani on it. and along with a box of parts probably worth a 1000 bucks by itself(all performance, aftermarket). the guy only wants 2500 bucks. any one know where i can get some quick money short of hooking. hahah i just kind of wanted tro brag, i have been racking my brain trying to come up with a way to make some money. |

Re: An Amazing Deal
Sounds like a good deal, but would have to see pics.
Hope you can scrounge up some money to save another classic!

Re: An Amazing Deal
yeah, i agree, is there anything you can turn really quick, or would it be worth taking a cash advance on a credit card or a small loan??

Re: An Amazing Deal
get a small loan against your DD or house if thats possible (not possible if you rent obviously, or if your still making payments on the DD )
It sounds whack, but i have a buddy who does that every few months (in relatively small amounts) to finance his car habit (takes out a small loan against his '01 C1500 DD )

Re: An Amazing Deal
I took a loan for under 3k (unsecured) to snag mine. Start calling CU's and banks.
