my new daily drive !!!!!!!
well im 16 and i bought a 67 gmc "shortbed" last summer. and i plan on doing a frame off.....
but i needed a car that is good on gas. so i call "save money" for my truck. so here it is , a 94 isuzu amigo it's a 5speed 2.6 i think i got a get deal on it. i only payed $1000. there is zero rust all i had to buy was a top for it ....... but it costed $500 and now i can get a job so i can buy a WELDER here's the 67 needs a lot of work but i love it to death Last edited by stingrayorangekrate; 02-29-2008 at 07:12 AM. |

I think you got a pretty sweet deal for $500 bucks... and it will get good MPG! Good luck with the build on the GMC. Be sure to post plenty of pics.

Thas the best way to do one if you wanna build a serious rig. Now you dont have to sweat using the '67 for a DD if you have it torn apart some weekend

yeah my isuzu amigo gets 25-30 mpg i really like it, and it is pretty cool looking, and it's like driving a go-kart the plans for the 67 gmc is pearl white paint. then im going to buy a 327. and i really want to buy a pair of buddy seat's for it. im going to put the 67 chevy grill. when i get the money i already have a steel Cowl Induction Hood for it. all good things come in time!!! |
