Just out of curiosity, what did that look like when he got it, and how much did he pay? Do you get snow over there, if so do they use salt?

My Dad lives in Winchester, Va. He paid $500.00 bucks for it and it was in pieces. We do get snow over here, they use sand and grit (small rocks).

Thanks on the motor. The speed limit varies depending on the area. They follow the same speeds as the states but converted to metric. Most of the Autobahn that I've been on going to Italy is around 80 mph. Germany is where you can haul a$$.

He is covering the seat with the same stock white/black cover that he has in his '55 210 Delray. He said he will have it on the road by the middle of spring.

I found them on evilbay. The only problem is they hit on one of the roller rockers.

Hey Tim,
One of his friends had cut the boards strait from logs, it does have a good smell to it. He likes that front end best also, now he has a truck to go with his car.

Jim,that`s exactly what I like about the`55 2nds.They make a great mate to the car.They got it right.Plus,the fast that I was born that year.My dream truck is a`55 with a 58/59 short Fleetside bed.
