My wife took her Blazer in for it's semi-annual smog inspection and it failed for the first time

Passed the sniffer test but the OBDII SELF TEST PORTION IS WHAT FAILED!!! the truck runs great and I have no Check Engine light during operation. Took it to another test site and they read the same problem!!! it's the 4.3 V6 and this has me stumped

anybody else run into this problem.

Fixed !!! replaced the thermostat which was stuck open
