Re: quality parts

suspension and steering stuff is available from almost any parts store--Napa, O'Reilley, Auto Zone---just make sure it is american manufactured like Moog, etc. Tell them to shove the China crap when it comes to brakes, steering etc.

Re: quality parts

If you want the best...use Moog...but its going to cost you.

I have noticed that most of your budget suspension parts are also "Made in the USA" but I agree....NO China parts for me.

Re: quality parts

Summit sells moog too - might be a cheaper option. You can actually go to federal-mogul's website and look up what part numbers you need - if you want to save time @ the parts store or summit.

Federal's site is kinda hard to navigate - so hopefully this will work:

Re: quality parts

Southern parts stores O'Riellys have Moog and also sell a cheaper version called AutoDrive which still is made my Moog but internally a little different but still has lifetime warranty. if you have an O'Riellys locally I suggest you check them out.

Re: quality parts

No doubt Moog is about the best there is but they also offer different grades in the Moog line. Regular, heavy duty and severe duty parts are available for some year models at some of the stores. I prefer the heavy duty idler and pitman arms on mine.
