what is this and what is it worth???

I've been cleaning up my shop and finding all kind of goodies,well today I found this gauge/control of some sort as you can see it has 2 ports a gauge and a knob anybody have a clue what it is and does?? because I don't have a clue thanks in advance

It looks like a compressor control for air shocks, I had one like it on an AMX back in the 70s.

That there is a genuine washington, Get you about 1/4 gallon of gas, that's enough to atleast start the truck

so with the compressor control you could jack up your air shocks anytime? do you use some type of 12 volt mini compressor? thanks Mike
