because I dont know and the assembly manual does not show this either I jus need to ask. I am putting original factory a/c parts in my non a/c cab. ok my question is on the passenger side did the side air vent along the kick panel come installed if you had factory air?. I know there is a vacuum deal mounted on the air vent with a/c but was there both manual vent and the vacuum deal?

With factory AC there was not a manual vent setup. The brackets mounted on the door for AC are different from the brackets that the manual vent used.

As far as i'm aware there was no manual operation of the passenger air vent, on my 71 with factory air I can see pre drilled holes to mount a lever but these would not be used on an A/C truck as the vacum actuator goes there instead.
