what tires to use on 18x8 wheels

hi guys i have some 18x8 wheels on my 66 i like them and people around here still work on split rims so id like to keep them but coker is the only one with tires and they are hiway ribs. anyway anyone ever run radial tires with a tube on wheels like this is it possible or safe??? thanks here is a pix of the tire...

sorry they are 18x 7.5 thanks

wow those are sweet ! but your right as far as coker tire. try running a set of 245-60-18, and the tubes.conti cross contacts are cheaper than cokers
