Cool Cool Electric Fan/Stock Shroud Idea.

If anyone is interested, I just posted what I think is a pretty cool idea on how to mount an electric fan inside a stock shroud in the 4X4 section. I think it would work great on 2wd show trucks too. FYI. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=282793

Re: Cool Electric Fan/Stock Shroud Idea.

Best way to cool hands down is by using a shroud, nice twist with the diamond plate.

Just watch your water pump/fan motor clearance.
Mine was about 3/4" and thing's still flexed enough to make contact.

Went to a big block shroud and gained all the room needed.
