Need pics of Foose wheels

Anyone got Foose wheels on their truck? Nitrous Chrome in particular. I am thinking 18's or 20's.......how do I ever decide??

Any way 8.5 wide fronts and 10 in rear.

I want the wheels to sit evenly front to rear. 5.25" bksp in front and 5.5" out back sound about right?

Any advice, opinions welcome.

This should give you an idea what they look like mounted, although mine are 22s.

Re: Need pics of Foose wheels

I've got the Nitrous Chrome 18s. 8.5 x 255/45 and 10 x 285/40. I can't remember the backspacing.

I wish I would have adjusted the stance first--the way it sits now, there is too much gap in the wheel wells. I only did a 2/3 coil drop so far, because I also wanted it to sit level front to rear, and I went with 18s because I didn't want the wheels to tuck. 2.5" drop spindles in the front and another 3" drop in the rear are coming next week, which should put it where I want it.

If I did it again, I would take a hard look at 20s, or maybe an 18 / 20 combo. Unless I'm looking in the wrong places, it seems I'm pretty limited with sidewall height on the 18s.

Re: Need pics of Foose wheels

awendling... be sure to post new pics when you drop that thing closer to the ground. The 2.5" spindles and additional 3" in the rear will make that thing sit just right.

Welcome also! Its great to see new members joining with such great looking trucks. A little more drop, and that '68 is gonna be just right!

Re: Need pics of Foose wheels

BP68,

Here is the only other good shot I have... I finessed this one a bit with iPhoto. I couldn't figure out how to attach it to a PM.

I will have more next week, probably some with the rallys back on it as well. I will send them when I can.
