Re: Look At This Disaster

well ill tell yall the truth i just dont wanna fight about it. the reason i like the strange and so called "ugly" trucks is because of the "norm" i see all the time. these lowered trucks looks like they got shot and there trying to drag there self home so somebody can help them. now i dont mind a few inches taken out but these trucks that people actually modify the frames and spend all this money on just to see "how low can i go" just makes me think there playing the limbo with gm products. now like i said i dont wanna fight because i DO believe to each his own, and rather you like to lift your truck or lower it or paint it pink or even put a dodge bed on it thats your choice and if you like it nothing else matters. i just wanted to explain my reasoning behind liking these trucks.

Re: Look At This Disaster

Wow, that's pretty awful. But, if you can stand the color, the front half is good. Buy the thing, yank the Dodge bed, sell the bed, buy a proper box and paint it to match.

Re: Look At This Disaster

Well, first off I don't like the color, but I can appreciate the fact that one hell of a lot of work went into it, and as ugly as it is I'd rather see one of our trucks done up like that than it see it crushed. At least it's still possible that some time in the future some new owner could repaint it and maybe buy a CHEVY bed on it.

I am all for stock height but on older trucks i feel they drive so much better lowered down they handle the road better to me, reason for lowering mine. I do think bagging and Z-frame is cool but i just used the standard means for i am too cheap.
