Trying to build something out of metal is going to look very square unless you have really good fab skills. You may consider a fiberglass unit and mod it to your tastes.

Re: front roll pan ideas????
I'm with Ken on this one. You might be able to take a roll pan form the rear end and modify it to work with the front end, then maybe add a lip spoiler to that...

Re: front roll pan ideas????
I have always wondered what it would look like if someone used the front section of the hood , only turned upside down ,to form a front rollpan. It would match the contours of the metal on top . I am a fan of using the stock bumpers , painted or chrome , but I think the rollpans look good when done right . I think it is Midwest Customs, or something like that , with the green/black truck that has a rollpan that looks goos . There was also an orange stepside on here that looked nice . Frank

Yup, Frank's talking about Midwestcustoms and Steemin_ehman's trucks. Those are the only two I can think of that have front rollpans, and they both look pretty good.

Re: front roll pan ideas????
I seriously like the look of a bumper. any bumper would work... Really don't like the front pans at all. Maybe you could experiment with different bumpers. I've always thought a sectioned bumper off a 57 chevy would look sweet on my 78... it it could be made to work.

Re: front roll pan ideas????
By the way, I was looking around and found steemin_ehman's front rollpan buildup. I think it looks pretty much awesome.
