Couple of door questions...

Has anybody used the repop innner door bottoms? PO hacked up the doors for speakers. how do they fit? Also whats involved with replacing the window felts

I think it'd be easier to just make a 6X9 patch panel and weld it in.

I have always replaced the window felts with the vent and window out of the door. The verticle felt in the vent has to be cut out and the channel scrapped clean before gluing in the new seal.

The other seal is pulled out and the new seal is pressed in. It is a good idea to glue a portion of the seal above the door line to keep the seal from walking down over time.

On the fuzzies I use a windshield clip removal tool to remove the old ones.
Installation is done after the windows are reinstalled. I trim the ends to fit and install the fuzzies with the window down.
