70 Panel ruck drive shafts

Hey All

My 70 panel truck had a 250 six and a three on the tree tranny when I bought it. I pulled them out and put a small block TH400 in. The drive sshaft for the 250 six set up is smaller in diameter than stock small block drive shafts I've seen. The carrier bearing for the 250 six drive shaft mounts on the upper side of the cross member. I dropped the front end with 2 1/2 drop spindles and 2 inch drop springs, and the rear with 4 inch drop springs. Will the small block drive shaft work with the crossmember that's in the truck? Are there any things different about the panels as compared to the pickups? Any info would be great.
