CPP Trailing Arms?

I am considering buying a set of the CPP trailing arms for my 68. If anyone here has them, please give me some feedback on them and maybe some pics of them installed. Pros and cons. Are they worth the money? The main reason I am considering them is that I bought their tubular control arms, tubular trans mount, and tubular engine mounts. But $600 is a hefty price for the trailing arms. Any other manufactuers that are cheaper with simular quality?

Thanks for any and all advice,

Renegade

Anything wrong with the original ones? If not, forget about them.

Re: CPP Trailing Arms?

I have a pair from Early Classic. They are heavy duty. The reason I like them is that they are thinner compaired to stock which allows for slightly more room between the frame rails if you are going to slam. Plenty strong. I may or may not be using mine, I will post a for sale ad when I decide.(Brand New w/Crossmember)

Re: CPP Trailing Arms?

I also have the ECE trailing arms with their drop cross member, bad A$$ product. I am not a big fan of the tubular style over the boxed, but that is just my preference. You can get the ECE for 459 a pair or those plus the cross member for 639. Give Stan at ECE a call they have much better customer service over CPP, I have dealt with both.
