Central Arkansas Old Guy
I am a retired Army guy. I just bought a 72 Cheyenne w/71k original miles and thought this would be a good place to find out what I need to know to keep it up and improve what needs it.
It's an AC truck with modest option list. New paint, tires, ralleys, engine & interior. Great shape. I've had 53 chevy pu, 70 GMC pu, 59 Chevy 3200, and too many cars to count. Thanks for the great site. |

Thanks for all the "heys" out there. I have lived in many, many places so I can relate to just about everyone here.
Had to replace the coil today. Enjoyed it thoroughly. RT |

Re: Central Arkansas Old Guy
Quote:
I don't know the codes. I asked the guy I bought it from. He didn't know anything but that it was NAPA paint. His dad did the work for him on the truck so he was less than savvy about the whole thing. The interior is 'saddle'. Makes for a different combo. It has a restorable '67 Vette wooden steering wheel. Don't know what I am gonna do about that. rt |
