mystery wire connection

Does anyone know what this connection is for? Heater maybe? It was unplugged when I looked under there, and it looks like someone has stripped the wires on it for some reason.

That would be the horn relay.
Does your horn work?
From all the diagrams i have seen thats what it looks to be.
